Sparkler #73 and 74

Here's the lead stories from Sparkler Comics from April and June 1945. They're credited to Ernie Bushmiller but I don't think are drawn by him. The title had the strips of United Features Syndicate, some new stories, some strip reprints, and some strips edited to look like stories.
