Jacky's Diary, 1 of 2

This next issue of Dell's Four-Color Comics, issue #1091 from June 1960, is based on the comic strip Jacky's Diary by Jack Mendelsohn, an extremely prolific comics and comedy writer that wrote for Jay Ward Productions, Three's Company, MAD, and so many other things. This comic reprinted his Sunday newspaper strip.
It was also a series of animated shorts. Here's one of them.
