Bugs Bunny's Merry Christmas, 2 of 2

Here's the second part of Dell's Four-Color Comics number 1064 from 1959, continued from last week.

It was pointed out to me that if you look at the cover, the proportions of the characters are weird. I was asked why that was, and have no answer except that the artist died in 1981 and kept his secret with him.

Dell's Four Color Comics, their one-shot and tryout series, had Christmas comics. Here's issue 1064 from 1959.

According to Grand Comics Database, this cover is by Ralph Heimdahl.
The art is by Tony Strobl and Steve Steere, story by Don R. Christensen
Pencils are attributed to John Carey.
