The rest of Harvey Comics' fly-by-night attempt to cash in on the parody genre. Every publisher seemed to have one (this one came out in April 1954) and they all came around the same time and lasted two to five issues.
The first story by Howard Nostrand is influenced by V-Vampires in Mad #3. Nostrand had a knack for drawing in the style of other artists but did so without swiping anything directly from the stories.
This and the next story are by Bob Powell . Between him and Howard Nostrand, they did many of Harvey's titles entirely by themselves.
