Cartoon by Dan DeCarlo. Spanking adults was a common motif in a lot of these magazines. Who does that? Once again I invite anyone to the beefcake challenge.

I think I posted this somewhere before. They had about 200 cartoons they re-used over a 20-30 year period only changing the captions slightly.
