This was the 51st issue of Sick magazine in March 1967. In case you didn't trust the information on the cover they gave you, its owner rewrote it for you.
The cover art is by Bob Taylor.
This article drawn by Harry “The Professor” Borgman is called The Roadents in the contents page, which says of it:
“In this article SICK rides along with a typical motorpsycho club—maniacs who do 120 miles an hour. And this is just backing out of the driveway!”
And here is the original art minus the first page, which I found at Heritage Auctions. I wonder how much anyone paid for this.
