Goofy Comics #18, 1 of 3

This is the 18th issue of Goofy Comics from February 1947

Not sure who did this cover. The brushwork looks a lot like Dan Gordon. There was a lot of crossover with the competing funny animal comics companies by artists who worked in animation.
