Crazy #53, 2 of 4

There were three different artists named Charles Nicholas, one of which was a pseudonym Jack Kirby used. I think this is the same one that did tons of stories for Charlton.






George Siefringer did backgrounds in the 40s and 50s for Bob Powell.

Were there actually flashers or is it an urban legend like gerbiling? I'm sure there were some somewhere, but perversions such as this and obscene phone callers existed more in the comics.
