Torchy

I think it would be funny if someone did one of these strips taking place now with the main character having done everything in these strips from the forties, but now she's in her eighties. Sort of like 'Titanic' I guess. Maybe that's just me.










Gill Fox had a prolific career. He even designed the Italian chef on most pizza boxes. One of the things he did was take over strips when the original creators left. Since Bill Ward went on to do the fetish drawings he became best known for, Fox continued his feature once she had her own solo book. Ward still did covers sometimes, though.
