The library where we had this copied had a line across all the copies they made for some reason, so we decided to work with it. I came up with the idea of doing a strip at the bottom like Krazy Kat originally was (or what Tony Millionaire does now).
Again, sorry for things being cut off. That happens when you try to scan comics without margins.
Back then it was still okay to make fun of some ethnic groups.
