This was the second issue of this magazine from September 1961. Many of the cartoons look like they were recycled from other magazines as evidenced by them looking several generations. Others seems to come from foreign gag magazines and some are from college magazines and I've omitted them only because I've posted them before.
The masthead credits them as being published by “Non-Pareil Publishing Corp.” one of the tax-dodge names of Magazine Management, the company that would later become Marvel. The editor is David Goodman, who is probably a relative of Martin Goodman, head of the publishing empire, one of whose employees you may have heard of, a guy named Stan Lee.
