Flip #1, 1 of 2

This was Flip,Harvey Comics' entry into the parody genre. The first issue here was published in April 1954. I previously posted the second issue, the only other one, a few years ago.

The cover and first story are drawn by Howard Nostrand.

Not sure who drew this, though.
