Tip Top was basically reprints of Sunday funnies published by United Features Syndicate and later Saint John Publications, then Dell. I've posted previous issues before in their later years, they reprinted only Nancy,Peanuts, and The Katzenjammer Kids. I'm posting only the Nancy and Peanuts strips from this particular issue, the 197th from April 1956.
They had their own titles and Nancy was also featured in Sparkler Comics and Comics on Parade.
I don't think this is actually by Ernie Bushmiller.
